Pembroke has managed North American equity mandates on behalf of institutional clients since 1974. In fact, the firm’s first major client remains with Pembroke to this day. Historically, the firm has managed Canadian equity, U.S. equity, and North American growth equity portfolios on behalf of its institutional clients.
The firm’s history of backing strong management teams who are trying to create substantial value for shareholders over the long term has resulted in superior risk adjusted returns.
Pembroke Management is registered as an Investment Advisor in Quebec and as an Investment Counsellor in Ontario and Alberta. The firm is also registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Advisor under Section 203 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
